On 6 September 2026 Warmane released Icecrown Citadel on its progressive realm Onyxia, the last major raid tier of Wrath of the Lich King. The release completed the realm's journey from The Burning Crusade through every Wrath phase.
Each phase arrived roughly three months after the previous one, matching the cadence Warmane uses on its seasonal Frostmourne realms.
Onyxia now offers the full Wrath endgame – the Lich King encounter, ICC hard modes and the associated Tier 10 gear – to a population that levelled together through the whole timeline. Warmane's other Wrath realms, Icecrown (x7) and Lordaeron (x1), have long been fully progressed, so Onyxia was the network's only "live" progression realm during 2026.
Elsewhere on the network, the Battlegroup 1 arena season concluded on 9 August 2026 and a database-wide inactivity cleanup and gold squish was completed on 16 February.
