Best Legion WoW Private Servers 2026
Legion is the newest expansion with a real choice of private servers. They run the 7.3.5 client with artifact weapons, class halls, world quests, Mythic+ dungeons and raids from the Emerald Nightmare to Antorus. It is also one of the hardest expansions to emulate, so the gap between servers is wide: some have spent years scripting the content, others focus on fast, high-rate fun realms.
We rank the active Legion servers in our catalogue by player reviews, estimated population and track record. Newer expansions are rarer still: Firestorm, whose team also runs Felsong, has Battle for Azeroth and The War Within realms.

How this ranking works
Every active server gets a score out of 100 from three parts. Player reviews count for 50%: the star rating from registered players, weighted so that a server with only a few reviews stays close to the average of all servers until more players have rated it. Population counts for 35%, on a logarithmic scale so a 10,000-player network doesn't bury every smaller realm. Track record counts for 15%: how long the server has been running, up to five years.
Population figures are estimates from the servers and their communities. Servers that haven't launched and closed servers are listed separately. Nothing on this page is paid placement.
What to look for
Blizzlike or fun realm
Blizzlike Legion realms run x1 to x2 rates and release patches in order, so the artifact and legendary grind stays as long as it was. Fun realms at x10 to x100 shorten most of it and are built around Mythic+ and PvP.
Expect some gaps
Legion has far more scripted content than older expansions, from world quests to class hall campaigns, so even the best servers still have gaps. Check the reviews and the news section to see how complete a realm is before you invest in it.
Language and community
Some of the bigger Legion realms have mostly Russian- or Spanish-speaking communities. Check the language on each server page if you want to find groups in English.

Uwow is the long-running x100 realm, and Felsong is a Legion+ realm with faster progression and quality-of-life changes.
Are there blizzlike Legion private servers?
Yes. Tauri WoW's Evermoon realm runs Legion at x2 experience and releases content in order: it moved to the Legion client in October 2025 and started its first Legion season with the Emerald Nightmare in September 2026. Most other Legion realms change the game more. Uwow runs at x100, and on Felsong, characters start at level 98.
Which client do I need for Legion servers?
The 7.3.5 client, the final Legion patch from 2018. Servers link a download or ship their own launcher that installs and updates it.
