Renown

Renown: points, ranks and titles

Every rating, vote and good comment helps other players pick a server. Renown is how we say thanks: it unlocks ranks and titles that show next to your name, and you can spend it on a class-colored name and an avatar frame.

Fair play

  • Only accounts with a confirmed e-mail address earn Renown.
  • Up to 5 ratings a day count, and up to 3 comments.
  • New Renown counts towards your rank at once and can be spent after 24 hours.
  • Deleting a rating or comment, or having it removed by a moderator, takes its Renown away again.
  • Renown never changes server rankings, votes or the Small Server of the Month. It can't be bought or transferred.

Reviewer badges

Separate from Renown, the badge next to a reviewer's name shows how many servers they have rated. Its colors follow WoW item quality, from Common to Legendary.
