LastWoW turns on x8 experience while Black Temple waits for a date

LastWoW, a progressive Burning Crusade server on the 2.4.3 client, switched on x8 experience on 26 September 2026. The team calls it a promotion "for a limited time" and has not said when it ends. The standard rate is x5 for experience, quests, reputation and gold.

Six days earlier, on 20 September, the team announced that the gates of Black Temple will open "very soon", without giving a date.

About the realm

• The current realm was due to open on 23 February 2025, the date the team announced on YouTube, after beta tests in December 2024
• Standard rates: x5 experience, quests, reputation and gold, x4 drops, x3 honor and x1 arena
• The website offers a ready-to-play 2.4.3 client and a Spanish language pack
• Dual Spec has been available since June 2025, for 10 gold at NPCs in Shattrath, Orgrimmar and Stormwind

The LastWoW name is older than this realm. A TBC server on lastwow.com closed in March 2016, and other realms used the name in 2019 and 2022. Nothing shows that today's team ran them.
