Frozen Throne is a Wrath of the Lich King server on the 3.3.5a client, built on AzerothCore with PlayerBots, so you can fill a dungeon or raid group with bots. Its owner first looked for testers in December 2025, and in September 2026 wrote that the server "has now been online for around 9 months".

Where the server stands

  • Bots now work in 22 raids, from Molten Core to Icecrown Citadel and the Ruby Sanctum. In April the owner listed 16, with the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj and Icecrown Citadel still a work in progress. Hyjal Summit, Black Temple, Zul'Aman, the Sunwell Plateau, Trial of the Grand Crusader and the Ruby Sanctum have joined the list since
  • Experience is x1 by default and can be raised to x7. As late as April it defaulted to x7
  • Mythic+ goes up to +7 and rewards gold, Emblems of Frost and epic items
  • Guild houses, Treasure Goblins in dungeons, a reagent bank and stacks of 100
  • In September the owner said Recruit a Friend had been "recently added": after 14 days of real playtime, both players get the X-53 Touring Rocket. The usual XP bonus and Grant a Level are off
  • On 2 October the owner added that bots now take part in Wintergrasp and rated arena

The shop

The owner says no raid gear or stronger stats are for sale. The donate page sells cosmetic mounts and pets, but also level 70 and 80 boosts (5 and 7.50 euro) that come with gold and a full set of green gear, and SelfBot access in dungeons and raids for 5 euro per character.

The server now runs on a new domain, frozenthrone.cloud, registered at the end of August. Any unpatched 3.3.5a client works.
