Transcend-WoW makes Mark of Transcend its main currency after moving to a new core

Transcend-WoW, a level 255 fun server on the Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a client, posted its plan for the coming months on 18 February 2026.

The plan

• Mark of Transcend becomes the main currency. It will buy gems, enchants, Valgarde items and World Boss passives, and most of the existing currencies will be converted into it
• Tier 16 was set for 5 March, right after the Valentine’s event
• An Easter event was planned for April, with Mark of Transcend, passives, new items and Tier 16 to farm

The admin wrote that the reworks were nearly finished and that new content would build on the current systems, meaning "no more lost or changed items or spells going forward". The post also admitted that not everyone liked the changes. No later post confirms that Tier 16 went live on 5 March.

Why so much changed

On 16 November 2025 Transcend moved from its old core to a new one and launched a new website. The team said most of the content made for the new core would come out gradually, though several new interfaces and features went live right away.

Transcend runs the realm Daggerspine. The project dates from 2017.
