WarSages opens the Molten Front after a long development

WarSages officially opened the Molten Front on its Cataclysm realm on 15 July 2025. The staff announcement describes a long and hard development process behind it. The Molten Front is the daily quest zone that came with the Firelands patch, 4.2.

The opening followed a post on 25 May 2025, titled as a big announcement from the Molten Front, which said the Smoke-Stained Locket quest chain was fully scripted.

The raid itself has been open much longer. The hall of fame on the WarSages services site dates the first normal Firelands kill on the realm to 20 October 2018, by the guild Sin thalas, and the first heroic kill to 30 April 2019, by Game øf Thrones.

The homepage now lists the later Cataclysm patches as available: 4.1 with the Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub heroics, 4.2 with Firelands and 4.3 with Dragon Soul. The Darkmoon Faire comes on the first Sunday of every month, outside Mulgore and Goldshire.
