Vanilla Plus

Vanilla Plus is a Vanilla+ PvP server on the 1.12.1 client, played with the project's own patch, launcher or full client, and online since 2020. It keeps the original world but reworks the class system: most baseline skills and talents have changed, specs such as Balance Druid, Elemental Shaman and melee Survival Hunter are made viable, and many racial abilities are new or reworked. The site also promises new bosses, battlegrounds and content, with development shaped by player suggestions. Experience rates are not published, and the website's online counter is broken, so the population could not be measured; the Discord is large and active, and the public bug tracker received new reports in September 2026. English is the main language in public channels. The project is funded through Patreon and a donation-points shop run by an in-game goblin vendor in Stormwind and Orgrimmar. It sells character renames and appearance, race and faction changes, larger bags, summonable bank, auctioneer, repair and mailbox items, a talent-reset device, and pets, mounts, tabards and skins; shop mounts can be used from level 1.
