EverFresh goes fresh with realm-first rewards for every class

EverFresh, the solo-friendly Wrath of the Lich King server, went fresh again on 15 February 2025. The realm went soft-down at 3:00 US Central and came back at 10:00 (16:00 UTC). Players could log in during those hours to create characters, and heroic dungeons, Naxxramas, the Obsidian Sanctum, the Eye of Eternity and the Vault of Archavon were open from the start.

Realm-first rewards for all ten classes

This fresh brought a new reward system for the race to 80:

The first character to reach 80 gets the title "the Supreme", a mount token and two mount lottery tickets
The first of each class gets an heirloom ring, a lottery ticket and a class title: "of the Ten Storms" (Shaman), "Prophet" (Priest), "the Malefic" (Warlock), "Stalker" (Hunter), "of the Ebon Blade" (Death Knight), "Archmage" (Mage), "Warbringer" (Warrior), "Assassin" (Rogue), "Doctor" (Paladin) and "of the Emerald Dream" (Druid)
A mount token buys one of 40 normally unobtainable mounts from Mei Francis in Dalaran
The mount lottery is drawn three times per cycle, with one guaranteed mount token each time. Tickets cost 40,000 gold from Mei Francis, less with Kirin Tor reputation

What a fresh means now

Every character goes back to level 1. Spells, talents, riding skill, quest completion, gold and items are wiped, except equipped bags, heirlooms (BoA) and legendaries.

That is much harsher than the original plan in 2020, when a fresh was only going to limit your gear to item level 200 blues and cap your gold. The level 1 reset came with the first reFRESH in November 2020, and since February 2021 items and gold go too.

The server today

Dungeons and raids scale down to a single player, with a solo dungeon finder. Solo scaling for every dungeon and the Burning Crusade and Wrath raids arrived in November 2021
Death Knights can be played from level 1, with custom scaling up to 55
XP x5, which you can lower to anything from 1 to 5 with a command, and double XP on weekends except on refresh weekend
AoE loot, which can be turned off
Optional hireable NPC bots that can quest and run dungeons with you
Transmog, with the collection shared across your account
No pay-to-win, no shop and no donations. Ping is about 40 ms in the US and about 150 ms in Europe
