Splashgame opens Einherjers, a fresh TBC realm next to Fólkvangr

The Splashgame Community now runs two realms. It announced Einherjers, a fresh Burning Crusade 2.4.3 realm, on 22 March 2026, describing it as "focused on arenas, progression, and Outland exploration".

A week earlier, on 14 March, a staff member was still testing the TBC core with AI playerbots and wrote that the community might run a TBC realm beside the Vanilla one, "though no more, no wotlk or beyond".

What it offers

  • Blizzlike x1 experience, drops and reputation, with the usual level 70 cap
  • Arenas and battlegrounds as the main PvP focus
  • A few AI bots that help fill dungeon groups when few people are online. The team says they are not there to replace players
  • A web portal like the one on Fólkvangr: a live world map, realm statistics, vote rewards and tasks your characters do while you’re offline
  • Free to play, with one Discord shared with Fólkvangr

Where the name comes from

Einherjers started as a Horde guild on Fólkvangr. The guild put up its website, einherjers.dk, in August 2024, and the address now belongs to the realm.

A quiet start

Few players have found it so far. In early October 2026 the portal listed 45 player characters, one of them at level 70, and no players online next to 32 bots.
