Blackout-WoW

Blackout-WoW is a custom Wrath of the Lich King server on the 3.3.5a client with a level cap of 255. Progression runs from Tier 1 to Tier 35 across 35 raids and more than 45 world bosses, and Legendary Weapons go from V1 to V10. New zones and maps are built for level 255, with custom quests, content keys and token systems. The server adds three custom classes with up to 15 custom spells each, a passive system and a Battle Pass. Sixteen races are playable through morphs, and there are more than 100,000 transmogs and over 500 mounts, pets and morphs to collect. For PvP there are 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 5v5 arenas, battlegrounds with new and updated maps, duel zones, events and leaderboards. PvP is cross-faction, and class balance is tuned for level 255. Content comes in phases: phase 1 (the launch) and phase 2 (a content expansion) are live, and phases 3 and 4 are scheduled. The team calls Blackout-WoW No Pay to Win, and its website says donor gear can equal the best gear available through progression but never exceed it. Donation points are bought through PayPal and spent on items and services. The community is international and speaks English and Spanish. The full client comes in either language with the realmlist and the required addon included, and most of the website is in Spanish.
