WoW Eras

WoW Eras is a Spanish-speaking Wrath of the Lich King server hosted in Chile where every character goes through the three expansions in order. You play on a normal 3.3.5a client, but each new character starts in the Azeroth of patch 1.12, with the Dark Portal closed and a level cap of 60. To move on you have to complete every dungeon of your current era: all 19 classic dungeons open Outland, level 70 and the Blood Elf and Draenei races, and all 16 Outland dungeons open Northrend, level 80 and the Death Knight. Raids don't unlock anything. They open all at once when you reach the next era, and you can run them later or skip them. Progress belongs to each character, so nobody waits for the realm to open the next expansion, and you can still group with friends who are in another era. The world keeps a classic feel: spell power and healing are scaled to your era, there are no quest markers, monsters notice you from further away, and the old 14 PvP ranks are back, while talents and classes stay as they are in Wrath. Experience is x3 up to level 49 and x2 after that, and the Dungeon Finder works inside the content you have unlocked. The team's Reddit post says playerbots fill the world, dungeons and battlegrounds. The shop is closed for now, and the team says it will only ever take donations and sell bags and other things that don't change how the game plays, never gear, gold or levels.
