Firestorm starts a custom 'Fated' Season 4 on its War Within realm on 5 October

Firestorm will start its own Season 4 on its The War Within realm, Dornogal, on 5 October 2026. The team says the "Fated" season works much like the final seasons of Shadowlands and Dragonflight, but is customised. It was announced on 29 September.

What changes

• Raids: Nerub-ar Palace, Liberation of Undermine and Manaforge Omega are all retuned to Season 4 power for the whole season and drop Season 4 "Fated" gear
• Mythic+: all ten War Within dungeons are in the pool, retuned for the new season
• Delves and world bosses: retuned as well, including the Khaz Algar world bosses from every season
• Item levels: from 681–704 on the Explorer track up to 746–769 on the Myth track; PvP gear also reaches item level 769
• Four new Fated crests replace the Ethereal crests, and the Catalyst lets players choose which raid's tier set the Great Vault offers
• A new currency, Echo of Fate, comes from Mythic+, raids, PvP and Delves. It buys Legion Remix rewards in Dornogal (mounts for 400 to 2,000, class sets for 1,200) and upgrades the Reshii Wraps cloak from item level 730 to 769 over six weeks
• New PvP titles: Fated Gladiator, Fated Legend, Fated Marshal and Fated Warlord

End of Season 3 and the return of Boris

• PvP Season 3 (Astral Gladiator) ends on 4 October; rewards are handed out in the week of 19 October
• Boris, the free character boost, is back from 5 to 11 October, once per account: level 120 with the Heart of Azeroth and dungeon gear on BfA: Reforged, or level 80 with Champion 681 gear on The War Within
• Firestorm Points bought from 2 to 6 October come with a 30% bonus
