On 18 February 2026 the Proudmoore team posted a season update for its custom Cataclysm 4.3.4 realm. Both Mythic+ Season 1 and PvP Season 1 were set to end on 19 February at 00:00 server time, locking ratings and ladders so rewards could be distributed the following week.
The bigger news was the date for the next content patch: Patch 4.2 Firelands launches on 28 February 2026. Until then, vendors and currency caps remained unchanged and existing Mythic+ currencies stayed usable. After the patch, those currencies become obsolete, with a conversion option to Claws of Sinestra, and vendors and caps are updated for the new tier.
To help revive arena and battleground activity, the team launched a short-term programme running until 27 February. Max-level (85) characters could be listed on the Character Auction at a set price; Proudmoore purchases suitable characters, equips them with Bloodthirsty PvP gear and Vicious Gladiator weapons, and makes them available to players who want to jump straight into PvP.
Proudmoore launched on 13 September 2025 with Mythic+ built directly into Cataclysm, a casual raid mode, solo-queue arena, selectable x1–x3 experience and cross-faction play.
