About Proudmoore

Proudmoore is a custom Cataclysm (4.3.4) server that launched on 13 September 2025 and releases the expansion progressively: patch 4.1 arrived in December 2025 and Firelands (4.2) at the end of February 2026. It aims for a modern experience without retail bloat or pay-to-win, with selectable XP rates (x1-x3), Mythic+ dungeons, Solo Queue Arena (MoP-style personal rating), full cross-faction play, limitless transmog, racial trait swapping and account-wide vanity items. Other quality-of-life features include weekend events, BG and Arena leveling, free dual spec from level 10, automatic spell learning, catch-up mechanics, dynamic gathering nodes and alt-friendly systems. Raids use a more casual difficulty tuning.
