On 8 November 2025 Warmane published the schedule for taking its progressive realm Onyxia from The Burning Crusade into Wrath of the Lich King, a plan first detailed on the forums earlier that month. Onyxia had already cleared the Sunwell phase in September 2025, so the announcement closed out the realm's TBC chapter.
The post also covered end-of-season rewards for the final TBC arena season on the realm.
Onyxia is Warmane's progressive realm and the transition gave players who levelled through TBC a fresh Wrath launch without a character wipe, effectively a "fresh" Wrath experience inside an established population. Later phases followed on schedule: Ulduar in April 2026, Trial of the Crusader in July 2026 and Icecrown Citadel in September 2026.
