FirstLight

FirstLight is a progression realm on the Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a client that started in Vanilla on 11 September 2026. Everyone starts at level 1, and the level cap rises in phases: 20, 30, 40, 50 and 59, then 60 with the raids. The caps were chosen around class progression, so each bracket brings new spells and talents. The long-term plan is to move on to The Burning Crusade and then Wrath of the Lich King. The first players to reach levels 20, 30, 40 and 50 earn a realm-wide World First. Every race and class combination is allowed, class trainers stand in the starting areas, ground mounts are available at level 20 with Riding 75, and mounts can be traded and sold on the Auction House. Creatures are tougher than normal, with 1.5x health, mana and armor and 1.25x damage. Quest mobs and objects respawn dynamically, and quest items are easier to share in a group. Play is cross-faction. FirstLight has no website, and accounts are created through its Discord.
