Uldaris

Uldaris is a small Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a realm that opened on 1 October 2026. Since 17 October 2026 experience runs at x2 and doubles on weekends for groups of three or more, while the other rates stay at x1. A small community maintains it on its own hardware rather than a rented VPS. It started at the pre-patch, with the level cap at 70 and Northrend still closed, and Northrend is planned to open about 60 days after launch. The raids then come in the original order: Naxxramas, the Obsidian Sanctum and the Eye of Eternity first, then Ulduar, the Trial of the Crusader and Icecrown Citadel, and finally the Ruby Sanctum about 15 months in. The roadmap says those dates may still shift. The idea is a Blizzlike realm where broken encounters get fixed in the core instead of being swapped for custom content, and the team names Trial of the Champion as a dungeon it rescripted from start to finish. Quality-of-life additions include transmogrification, reforging, a multi-vendor, mass looting while solo, refer-a-friend bonuses and guild zones, which are private areas a guild can buy. A one-time premium account raises experience to x5 and gold and reputation to x2, and adds a portal master and spells that are learned automatically. Tokens come from daily votes on top lists or can be bought on the website, and they also pay for transmogrifying gear you haven't collected yet. In its first week the team counted six or seven regular players, and the Discord had 15 members. You can play through the Uldaris launcher, which downloads a ready client with all patches, or with your own 3.3.5a client, the realmlist and the server's Patch-4.MPQ.
