Kronos V launches as a fresh x1 Vanilla PvP realm

TwinStar launched Kronos V on Saturday 9 May 2026, days before Turtle WoW and Stormforge close. The new realm is a fresh, blizzlike Vanilla PvP server on the 1.12 client, and it follows TwinStar's long-standing approach: time-gated content released patch by patch, with no custom systems.

Experience, gold and drop rates are all x1, and item progression follows the original patch timeline. The debuff cap is 8 until Zul'Gurub, then 16. There is no custom content, only selected quality-of-life features.

The Kronos roadmap runs to 2028:

• July 2026: Molten Core and Onyxia
• September 2026: Azuregos, Kazzak and Dire Maul
• October 2026: Elemental Invasion
• December 2026: Blackwing Lair
• After that: Zul'Gurub and Ahn'Qiraj, with Naxxramas last in March 2028

On 3 July 2026 the team added localisation for Korean, French, German, Spanish and Chinese on both the 1.12 and 1.14 clients. Greyhaven, another fresh Vanilla realm with few or no custom changes, followed in August.
