About WarCrown

WarCrown is a progressive Wrath of the Lich King server that runs on the modern WotLK Classic 3.4.5 client instead of the 3.3.5a client that most Wrath private servers still use. Its PvE realm opened in May 2026 on the 3.4.4 client and moved to 3.4.5 on 12 September 2026 without a character wipe; it runs x2 rates and content unlocks progressively, currently at Tier 7. Next to the original Wrath raids, dungeons, arenas and battlegrounds, it offers Titan Rune dungeons in Alpha, Beta and Gamma tiers, Raid Finder, the Dungeon Finder and Premade Groups, which work across factions inside dungeons and raids since September 2026, plus a cross-faction auction house and account-wide collections, all on the modern Classic interface of a 64-bit DirectX 11 client. The community is international, the site and forums support seven languages, and the server is free to play. WarCrown does not use Discord: news, discussion and support run through its website and community platform.
