Starfall

Starfall is a Cataclysm server on the 4.3.4 client (build 15595) with one PvE realm, Dusk. Content is released in historical order: patch 4.0.6 with the Tier 11 raids is done, 4.1 with the Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub heroics is live, and Firelands (4.2) and Dragon Soul (4.3.4) are still to come. Players pick their own experience rate from x1 to x5, and the level cap is 85. Besides 10- and 25-player raids in normal and heroic, the server has its own Mythic+ system with 15 affixes that rotate weekly, keys up to +15 and three seasons, each with a leaderboard reset. Mythic+ gear matches the current heroic raid item level and can be upgraded with currency from timed keys. The team wrote a companion addon that tracks keystones, calls out affixes and syncs runs to the leaderboard on the website. Quality-of-life features include full transmog with a wardrobe, optional Warlords of Draenor HD models, account-wide mounts and pets, AoE loot, automatic spell learning, a racial trait swap, and Solocraft plus an in-house group finder for dungeons from level 15 to 79. The shop sells mounts, transmog, heirlooms, pets, bags, tabards and character services, and the team promises no pay-to-win. The project was announced on Reddit in March 2026 as Felborne: Emberstorm, and its Discord now carries the Starfall name. The community speaks German and English. In early October 2026 the realm had about 4,900 characters and a dozen players online.
